One Beach Street Vallarta

One Beach Street Vallarta was built about fifteen years ago on the last undeveloped oceanfront land near the south end of Playa Los Muertos. It compromises 64 units, all one or two bedroom, on six floors. About half (Building A) enjoy a direct full ocean view and the others face lower Amapas street to the east (Building C) or have a partial ocean view (Building B). The corner units are the largest. It has contemporary furnishings and a spacious courtyard entry. Buildings A & B are served by the central elevator, while Building C is smaller, with minimal stairs. The small heated pool looks over the ocean, and has a spacious seating area, lounge chairs and umbrellas. The complex includes a small gift shop and several cafes. It is just far enough away from the bustling beach scene to offer a quiet retreat after a busy day, but still just a five minute walk along the beach to access shops and restaurants. There is an underground secured parking area available with direct access to the elevator, and towel service. Laundry facilities are available in each unit, or in some cases, in the basement.

There are a number of full-time owners at One Beach Street Vallarta, but it was originally designed as a “fractional” ownership building. Each unit is collectively “owned” by twelve different people, so the maintenance and upgrades are consistent throughout the buildings as performed by the management and staff, as are the furnishings. Each unit is similar to the others of the same size, and vary only in the view and a few personal amenities by the individual owners.

We can offer representative photos, but not always of a particular unit. The actual floor plans are available on request. Generally, the one bedroom units have a queen bed (although a few have kings), a pull-out couch in the living area and a hall bath which may be entered directly through the bedroom and hall. The two-bedroom units have a master bedroom with private bath, a second bedroom with two twins (which may be made into a king bed on request) and two couches in the living area, one of which can be made into a bed. They all have full kitchens equipped with basic pots, pans, utensils, etc.
