In addition to arranging vacation rentals, we offer owners and their guests a variety of services. Because each unit is different and each owner has their own concerns, we request that you contact us directly to discuss your particular needs.
Services to owners could include:
Checking on your home periodically, particularly after storms, to ensure that any water problems such as seepage under doors or through windows does not result in damage.
Reading electrical meters.
Waiting for utility installers, contractors, delivery people. Facilitating access to the building and your unit, and attending it during these services.
Airing out your place in the summer, turning on fans and opening windows, closets and doors to minimize mold problems during the humid summer months.
Shopping for supplies prior to your arrival or guest's arrival to your unit. Arrive to your home after a long flight and have the basic groceries you need right away waiting for you.
Computer hookup, installation, website assistance, basic trouble-shooting of technical problems. Arranging phone/cable/internet connections.
Guest services: Greeting your guests (your independant rentals - we do this anyway for the ones we arrange), ensuring they get into the building and your home, have the keys and understand the rules. Show them the basic layout of the common area, laundry, etc. Collecting the keys as they leave, arrange cleaning, checking inventory. Assist them with problems, questions during the stay. Report any problems to you. Having bottled water delivered prior to their arrival. |
